Hello guys :)This weekend I had a sleepover with one of my friends and we decided to do pancakes because I wanted to do them long ago.
I just searched for a recipe on the Internet and found an easy one, that we than just tried out. It was so yummy and so easly done.
The recipe for 8 pancakes:
- 150 g of flower
- little bit of baking powder
- 1 tbsp of sugar
- 1 eggs¨
- 180 ml of milk
- 50g of butter
Just to say: instead of flower and baking powder you can just use self-raising flower, which is actually flower that has baking powder allready in it. I don't even know if we have this sort of flower in switzerland so I just used normal flower and than added a little bit of baking powder. And it worked perfect. :)
Then we just put the topings on it. My friend doesn't like maple syrup so she decided to put chocolat kind of sauce on it and strawberry sauce. You can by them in any food store.
I went for the maple syrup because I love it on pancakes so much, and I also added a little bit of strawberry sauce. On top we just spreaded on icing sugar and then placed some strawberries and blueberries to make them look even yummier. :P
So like I said before it was my very first try and they came out so good that I'm probably doing them now more often! :)
