Bloody-Finger | Halloween Treat

Hello Guys :)

Exciting day today hu? IT'S HALLOWEEN!
I think it is so sad that here in Switzerland, we actually don't really celebrate it as people do in America or other countries.

But, me and my mum bake some bloody-fingers as a treat for halloween and they really look disgusting (but they're delicious!).

Here is the recipe for more or less 22 fingers:


- 100g of butter
- 1 packet of vanillin
- 280 g of flower
- 100 g of sucar
- 1 egg
- a pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda



And than to make the nails of the finger and the blood on it you need:

- almonds
- marmalade (the cherry one would look the most as blood btw)

That is all you need to do the paste.

Than you should let it rest for more or lass 30 min. so it's easier to form the fingers, but it's not a must.

Now for forming the fingers you only have to do these steps:


form it like this in a elongated shape, in the form of the finger actually. :P
Then press delicately your finger on it to perfect the form.

Make four slice. three at the bottom and one on top.
Add an almond on top as the nail of the finger. After that put them in the preheated oven on 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
Now add your marmalade for the blood.
And you're finally done. :)
